a surrounding field of pink roses. Both are framed in hand-painted gold. The condition is flawless. You

salad bowl. The countess is surrounded with red roses, in a field of yellow and green.

example of the famous "keyhole" design with its intricate gold border. No chips, no
cracks, no restorations, and no stacking marks!

"keyhole" design, with wrought gold inlay that overwhelms the eye. Close examination
reveals one microscopic ding about 1" in from the border, at the 9 o'clock position.
I had to search hard to find it, and mention it only for the sake of accuracy. No
chips, no cracks, no restorations, and no stacking marks!

beautiful piece, and about as close to perfect as one can get-- no chips, no cracks,

magnificent piece are breathtaking, and the tray's condition is once again as close to perfection

A stunning piece, which has suffered no loss to its gold trim. There are a few
inconsequential flea bites on the reverse (the last photo), but nothing distracting.

vase with a skirted base, in fantastic condition. No blemishes of any kind, with only
the slightest loss of gold at the top of the handles. Absolutely stunning. One will
find another example of this mold in Leland and Carol Marple, R.S. Prussia: the Art
Nouveau Years (plate 675).

Mold 517. Mark: none; diameter: 6"; height: 7 1/2". This piece appears to be absolutely
flawless; there are certainly no chips, cracks or repairs. Without a doubt, this is one of
the most desirable pieces of R.S. Prussia ever to pass through our hands.
The countess is framed in heavy gold, with hand-painted gold stencilling
further embellishing the attractive cream and light blue design.

Mold 904 = RVG mold 65. Unmarked; height: 11". A beautiful and delicately ornate
pedestal vase with a round base and pierced lid. The condition is flawless. You
will find this mold illustrated in Mary Frank Gaston's Collector's Encyclopedia of R.S.
Prussia (plate 450), and in Leland and Carol Marple, R.S. Prussia: the Art Nouveau Years
(plate 680).

Mold 938. Mark: 1 (red Suhl); height: 11 3/4". An extraordinary two-handled vase.
There are three mineral transfers on the beige background, with the Lebrun II
portrait set against a white, olive and green background that is itself framed in
burgundy. Hand painted gold stencilling completes the piece. Look closely, and you
will see a tiny freckle on her right cheek, immediately below the eye. This is the
only flaw on the vase.

Mold 910 = Royal Vienna mold 14. Mark: RV 2; height: 7 1/8". Here is another
beautiful and absolutely flawless vase, which you will find as plate 535 in Mary
Frank Gaston's Collector's Encyclopedia of R.S. Prussia, 4th series. The portrait
is set against a beautiful shaded green background.

Mold 29 (lily). Unmarked; width: 9 1/2"; height: 4 1/2". Another beautiful piece,
whose only flaw is a very light stacking mark below and to the right of the Lebrun

piece. The portrait is framed by a pink poppy floral border.

This is far and away the largest and most intricately detailed Prussian pen tray
that we have ever seen-- quite apart from the mold, the gold stencilling that is so
integral a part of early Prussia argues for its age. You may compare this piece with
