Mold: 82. Mark: 1 (red Suhl); diameter: 10 1/2". There is not a scratch or flea bite on this point and clover salad bowl. The countess is surrounded with red roses, in a field of yellow and green.

Mold: 343. Mark: 1 (red Suhl); diameter: 9". There is not a mark on this wonderfully original example of the famous "keyhole" design with its intricate gold border. No chips, no cracks, no restorations, and no stacking marks!

SPRING SEASON PORTRAIT PLATE

Mold: 343. Mark: 1 (red Suhl); diameter: 9". Another superb example of the famous "keyhole" design, with wrought gold inlay that overwhelms the eye. Close examination reveals one microscopic ding about 1" in from the border, at the 9 o'clock position. I had to search hard to find it, and mention it only for the sake of accuracy. No chips, no cracks, no restorations, and no stacking marks!

Mold: 525 (stippled floral). Mark: 1 (red Suhl); height: 13". A stunning piece, which has suffered no loss to its gold trim. Mold: 943 = RVG mold 60. Mark: 1 (red Suhl); height: 11". A magnificent two-handled vase with a skirted base, in fantastic condition. No blemishes of any kind, with only the slightest loss of gold at the top of the handles. Absolutely stunning. One will find another example of this mold in Leland and Carol Marple, R.S. Prussia: the Art Nouveau Years (plate 675).

RARE COUNTESS POTOCKA PORTRAIT CRACKER JAR

Mold 517. Mark: none; diameter: 6"; height: 7 1/2". This piece appears to be absolutely flawless; there are certainly no chips, cracks or repairs. Without a doubt, this is one of the most desirable pieces of R.S. Prussia ever to pass through our hands. The countess is framed in heavy gold, with hand-painted gold stencilling further embellishing the attractive cream and light blue design.

Mold 904 = RVG mold 65. Unmarked; height: 11". A beautiful and delicately ornate pedestal vase with a round base and pierced lid. The condition is flawless. LEBRUN II PORTRAIT VASE

Mold 938. Mark: 1 (red Suhl); height: 11 3/4". An extraordinary two-handled vase. There are three mineral transfers on the beige background, with the Lebrun II portrait set against a white, olive and green background that is itself framed in burgundy. Hand painted gold stencilling completes the piece. Look closely, and you will see a tiny freckle on her right cheek, immediately below the eye. This is the only flaw on the vase.

Mold: OM 13. Unmarked; length: 9 3/8"; width: 4 3/4"; height: 3 1/2". This is far and away the largest and most intricately detailed Prussian pen tray that we have ever seen-- quite apart from the mold, the gold stencilling that is so integral a part of early Prussia argues for its age.
